At Comfortable Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable or digital products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
